Shipping policy

Production

 

Every aaron.love order is made on demand. Items typically enter production within 1–2 business days of order placement, and production itself takes 3–7 business days before the item ships.

 

Shipping Times

 

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on destination. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States only. International availability will be announced as it becomes available.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

If your tracking shows your package as lost or has not updated for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact us at hello@aaron.love. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

 

Address Errors

 

We are unable to reroute packages once they have shipped. Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
